Courtney Twiss, Founder and President of multiple businesses in California's Central Valley and foothills, had entrepreneurial ambitions from a young age. After earning her degree in Business Administration with a marketing focus, along with a second degree in Spanish from California State University, Chico, she began her journey in finance. However, her true passion for business led her to found three companies and help her husband expand their construction firm strategically.
She grew her small, independent real estate office into multiple thriving locations, and in 2021, launched Healthy Lending Co.
An avid investor, she and her husband also acquired a boutique hotel, expanding it to include 11 short-term rentals and four long-term units.
Now, having merged her company with the cloud-based brokerage, eXp Realty, Courtney is scaling her organization internationally. With efficient systems and procedures, she inspires others through her innovative leadership, sharing how you too can achieve remarkable success.
